Studio HENK is a conscious Dutch design brand that makes beautiful and functional furniture that lasts a lifetime.

The two brothers Okke and Xander Albers started their journey 10 years ago, with a love for furniture and an eye for sustainable design. What started with a dining table made of reclaimed wood, made in the workshop of father-in-law Henk, grew into a flourishing furniture brand that flourished during the corona pandemic. Design after design, they refined their signature Studio HENK style, with bestsellers such as the Butterfly dining table, the Ode dining chairs and the Cosy sofa.

<\/span>As the company grew, we also realized that the furniture industry has a downside, namely that of huge waste production and record CO2 emissions. We were not proud of the fact that we were contributing to this and the resulting negative impact on the planet and the future of our children.
<\/span>
Inspired by companies around the world that do business for the good of people and planet, Corine de Bruijne (Executive Advisor) started to implement changes in our company. We made it our mission to break industry standards \u2013 by creating beautiful and circular design furniture that lasts a lifetime \u2013 and in doing so, make a positive impact on people and planet.
