DCWéditions – Yasuke table lamp

Yasuke Table Lamp by DCW éditions comes straight from the future. The two legs extend elegantly above the glowing oval top and culminate in a screen characterized by thin lines that slide down the lamp body to become a black patterned silhouette in front of the light source. The legs extend through the glowing center and reappear on top of the lamp, where they function as dimmers. One regulates the temperature of the light, the other the brightness. The design think tank BrichetZiegler is behind the design, and with the Yasuke lamp, the two futuristic designers want to take you on a journey through time, from the samurai of ancient Japan to a journey through the galaxy aboard a spaceship.
